Sharing of the resources-
Introduction We all expressed the will to be able to live the balance in the freedom and the consciousness. We are however lucid as for the fact that we have every no same perceptions, that we did not inevitably awaken the same aspects, that what can seem to be little for the one, can seem to another one a lot...
We feel that it is essential to embody a new way of life the balance, and to maintain it …
We aim at the highest degree of awakening, consciousness, taking into account the fact that there are intermediate stages.
We believe that when a society reached a high degree of freedom and consciousness, there's no need to define a frame, no more than a charter or laws the high degree of consciousness of every individual allows to embody the balance and the perfection through every moment and situation everything regulates naturally.

While waiting for to have reached this ideal level of society, we propose an intermediate stage so that every individual can control itself even , and be in the balance of the unity or the common tasks, while aiming at the highest degree of possible freedom-
We shall set up a method, a tool, where each regulates the balance of the village and the personal balance to give and receive:
- Every expert of a domain (truck farming, cooking (kitchen), construction,maintenance, animation,reception, administration etc. drafts the charter of application with regard to the work and to make it.
The participants ( the community) deliberate periodically on the changes to bring to the charter where necessary, in this way every domain reflect the co-creation of the village.
To balance the workload in common and the various try to carry out (to achieve), we have the vision of a game (set,play) of tokens of various colors, every color represents a task, a sphere of action (ex: dinner, kitchen garden). The token in itself, represents of time or a task (ex: 1 hour either the task, no matter how long a person wishes to set to carry out to achieve it . Each receives then a cylinder. When this one is filled performed, each knows that the part of tasks which was devolved to him, to her, is carried out(achieved). Each can good-safe , to choose the tasks which suit him (her) best.
We also evoked the possibility of having a team of " small fairies " (which would replace the work of a controller). The small fairies, contrary to the controller, rectify, end or balance without making of remarks.
The important according to us, is that every individual can autogouverner without there is a ruling entity and whether it is all the individuals which adjusts the criteria of governance for all the work in common.
